Lowfer sends optional SMS updates only to people who submit a property research request on Lowfer.co/start and actively opt in to texts for that request.

Lowfer is the public property-research service name for this SMS program. Lowfer SMS messaging is registered in Twilio under the Revradar.io A2P brand. Questions can be sent to privacy@lowfer.co.

Opt-in path

  1. 1Visit https://lowfer.co/start.
  2. 2Enter a city, state, ZIP code, or county for a property research request.
  3. 3Enter an email address for the request record.
  4. 4Enter a mobile phone number only if optional SMS updates are wanted.
  5. 5Actively check the separate SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
  6. 6Submit the form. The request can be submitted without SMS consent and handled by email.
  7. 7No SMS keyword opt-in is offered for this campaign.
